Changingthe font of the game would take like 10 seconds for a developer. The font is all dynamic and can be changed in a game the same way you can change it in Microsoft Word while writing an essay. I hated the font in Withcer 3 as well and was able to change that in like 2 minutes, and it affect every text-interface in the game.
