Honestly 3 and 5 are great games. 3 is kinda ridiculous as far as the story goes, but 5 is very much my favorite game so far. Like overall, campaign and open world game. Some people want that action movie vibe to their games and that's fine, but Far Cry always had more depth than just that, and 6 just threw away that depth and went full Rambo. The gameplay just isn't that great, the ammo system really broke the game as headshots with AP ammo can kill anything with any gun easily. Amazon. $18.20 new used. Items maps are great and cheap. Loot maps clutter your map, are expensive, and a waste. (they do teach you to go to your map legend and turn off loot chests >_>) Buying all the attachments and paint jobs drain the huge amounts of cash you gather pretty fast. But yea, definitely grab the item maps. Boards. Far Cry 3.
However, it is worth noting that there doesn’t seem to be an XP booster item or anything truly game-breaking available in the store, at least not yet. That’s quite a lot of DLC and Yes. Far cry 3 is awesome. Even just for the campaign. I never played the multiplayer and I still consider it worth full price. Blood dragon is also hilarious and great gameplay. Beginning from the South, buying maps regarding this area will help fund your new beginnings journeying through Kyrat. Later on once the world map opens up more But yes, in my opinion 5 is totally worth it. The other far cry as in far cry 5 on console or another farcry. 2. Story wise, I think Far Cry 4 was better and I definitely liked Pagan Min more as a major atagonist. But I am liking FC5's gameplay and especially the environment more. Far Cry 3 well, I really enjoyed the gameplay but the thing that killed it for me was I hated playing as Jason Brody and having to resuce all his idiot friends. Also, with consoles staying the same for 10+ years, it's hard to add much to the game because the hardware can't handle it. And PC gamers who have state of the art pc account for 1% of the sales of a game. So, it's not worth pissing off 99% of the people for that 1%. It’s alright. 30 bucks is a good price. I've beat far cry 6 now on the physical copy without patches, I've had no problems with it. It's kinda my favorite besides primal and new dawn.
